Delivery Partners

We ship via Ninja Van and Pos Laju Malaysia (including Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan).
Pos Laju offers a next-day delivery service, operating from Monday to Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of each month and public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If you do not receive your parcel within 5 working days, please reach out to us at liluanddollempire@gmail.com for assistance.

Postage Charges

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

Postage fees are as follows:

• Peninsular Malaysia: RM7.50

• Sabah & Sarawak: RM15.00

Rates apply for the first 1KG. Any additional weight will follow the standard Ninja Van or Pos Laju tariff.
