Refund and Returns Policy

At Lily & Doll Empire, your satisfaction is our priority. If your item doesn’t fit quite right, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.

You may request an exchange for a different size of the same design, as long as the item is in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with the original tag still attached. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the parcel (for local orders) and within 15 days (for international orders), subject to stock availability.

Please note:

  • Sold items are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Each item is eligible for exchange only once.

To initiate an exchange, kindly email us at lilyanddollempire@gmail.com, quoting your order number and product details. We’ll respond within 48 hours, or up to 72 hours during peak or festive periods. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we handle your request with care.

  • Sale items and purchases made using discount codes are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

  • For hygiene purposes, accessories including jewellery, scarves, bags, and hair items are non-returnable.
